A Strong Voice for Youth
Sheikh Wali Asif Enan is a student political activist and a leader associated with the Bangladesh Students’ League (BSL), serving as its General Secretary.
His work focuses on student representation, organizational development, youth participation, and encouraging young people to contribute to Bangladesh’s social and political progress.
The Leadership Journey
Enan grew up in a family with a political background, which influenced his early interest in public affairs, leadership, and organizing. At the University of Dhaka, he enrolled in the Department of Law in the 2011–12 academic session and went on to complete both his LL.B. and LL.M. degrees.
He began his political journey through student activism, joined the Bangladesh Chhatra League, and later served as President of the BCL unit at Bijoy Ekattor Hall, where he worked in student representation, organizational coordination, and campus activities.
In December 2022, he was elected General Secretary of the central executive committee of the Bangladesh Chhatra League, a milestone in his journey at the national level.
